Morocco Intinerary

Hi there,
I know there are similar posts to this one, but I think is better to be safe than sorry...I'll be traveling to Morocco in a couple of weeks and although my initial plan was to rent a car, I'm a little concerned to drive in the winter. My proposed intinerary would be something like this:

arriving in Marrakech
Marrakech (full day)
Telouet, Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate (overnight)
Ouarzazate to Fez (through Dádes)
Fez (full Day)
Dep Fez

My first question would be if this is a feasible/doable itinerary, and I know it is a bit rushed... will I be able to enjoy? Also, if not driving, what wout it be may options? Should I reconsider driving?
