Phong Nha Cave and Thien Duong Cave ?
On return to Vietnam this coming, February I am determined to visit Phong Nha Cave and Thien Duong Cave. I shall be taking the bus from Hue to stay at Phong Nha Farmstay. When my visit is over re the caves and area, I shall then fly from Dong Hoi to Ha Noi. If anyone has advice to offer from their visits to these caves, I will be most appreciative.2
Thank you for your input. I have taken various buses in Vietnam and was just fine. Is there a concern with this specific route and bus that you think will make it difficult ? Or do you mean that I should consider the option of hiring a car to get me there.3
The bus from Hue to Quang Binh you must take local bus at North bus station. It is far away from Hue city centre in the south where gathers all hotels and guesthouse is 5km. You take local bus from here. On Feb is after Tet holiday so everyone after back home they come back the city for work. So there are much people travel each day. If you don't know it clearly you will be difficult to get local bus.For tourists normally hire a car to there than local bus.
