Shabu, as you're very keen to tell us you're a lawyer I would've thought it would be quite easy to understand. Maybe you've had luck with your racehorses : )

I think shabu is telling us that he can manage 2 cities (in different countries!) on the same trip!

So he doesn't need our advice............

Hi, I need some advice. I'm planning to visit Malta from 22 till 26 of december. I'll spent the christmas there. What about musea and restorants during christmas, will they be open? And the public transport? Will it be working as usual? Are there some things for me to consider during the christmas periode?

Thank you!

Hi guccina,
Please start a new thread as it would be seen by everyone not only the ones who responded to this post.

Hi!

I'll be in Malta from 12/24/2012 until 2/14/2013. I have my first week of hosteling planned on Gozo but would like to be on Malta for the new year. I know I'm hitting the windy/cold/rainy season, but I'm from Seattle, so I think I can take it :) Any suggestions on best neighborhood to be leeward to big storms but still in range for bus travel to interesting historical sites? I don't drink or care about the club scene, but I'd like to be near good inexpensive restaurants and at least one good grocery store. I enjoy walking, horseback riding and day hiking. Is it possible to find cheap monthly accommodation for the whole month of January? I'd be happy with a small flat to myself, shared kitchen/bath or other budget arrangement. (I'm 35, female and will by January have had more than my share of drunk kids while hosteling other places.)

Thanks in advance!
