krabi to koh samui

hey

what is the best and cheapest way to travel from krabi to koh samui. im on a low budget travelling with my partner and have a few days to get there?

The best would be to fly Bangkok air. The cheapest would be to hitchhike or walk.

I'm assuming that you are actually looking for a cheap and not too unpleasant compromise between the best and the cheapest. That would be minibus to Surat Thani and then ferry to Samui.

No idea. I would reckon about 300 baht each. tezza will be along in a while, he will probably know.

Public bus would be cheaper.
I think you need to get a bus from Krabi to Takua Pa. There you can take a bus to Surat. Then you will need another bus to get you to Don Sak (where the pier is).

Or as Kanaga says walk and swim....
