1First of all India is a big country. Weather patterns are not the same throughout India. Where are you considering going?
Secondly, what do you consider the "best" weather? What is miserably hot to one person, might be perfect for another.

2Hmmmm, I was planning leaving for around a Month, so My plans would be to try to visit a good portion of the key points of india, south and north. Has for weather Hot weather is not at all an issue for me, I was talking about the cold weather which is what i dont not necessarely looking toward.
the time I can leave is very flexible between october to january, So thats the reason why i was asking for the best time to visit india, and if there isnt any place like north india where its going to be too cold to visit in late november , etc.
so really my question is is there a time where its too cold to go to india, when i say cold i mean 0-10 (except mountain cities)

Apart from the very high mountains, say above 3,000m, absolutely everywhere in India is open for business October through to March. Even in the mountains, which are especially beautiful in the winter, all you need is a jacket and to find a sunny spot to make life very pleasant.
Down on the planes the mornings have a chill, but the midday sun is usually so bright and warm that a hat and sunscreen is a good idea. You do get cold snaps and the fog can be a problem in late January-February, but don’t worry, just go to a spot up on the Deccan or Rajasthan if the fog sets in and you will have all the sunshine you can handle.

It never goes below 10 anywhere in South India (except hill stations) and in north India when it dips below 10 it is usually in December or January.
October and November are great months to travel throught India weatherwise.

8As for the Ganges Valley, specifically Varanasi, at that time: one of the best times of year to go. Rains are long gone. Mornings are crisp and very clear. Days still warm . . . SAfe travels
