Which Canadian Cell Phone service works in Cuba?

It varies Posh, I've paid from 5 CUC/hour (buying 6 hours at a time) to 12 CUC/hour.

Wifi access is about $6-$12/hour, posh, depending on where you can access it. That's just the first part of the equation, however, that determines what you can, or cannot do, with that access.

Voice over Internet Protocol, available everywhere else in the world, VOIP, e.g. Skype, used to be available less than a year ago. I used to be able to talk to my girl, AND see her on video, just a year or so ago. That has all been shut down by the Cuban government.

There are many here who endeavor to justify this obvious "blockade" by Cuba for one failed reason or another. That dog don't hunt.

No wifi on La Isla. I'm pretty happy with what I have. I buy 5 cards at $6 cucs each from Etecssa and go to Hotel Ranchon where there is one computer, air conditioning, buy myself a beer and do my email in a nice quiet private setting.
