1Hate to disappoint you: there is no real absinth in Prague. All the stuff sold in Prague is mainly for tourists and is not even close to the real thing. To try real absinth you have to go to places where it is made and bottled, like Jesenik...

probably a little bit offtopic, but maybe for other's interest... So If you're looking for bars with original and quality absinthe in Prague, check these site http://absinthepoint.cz/. That's a new absinthe locator of Prague bars, still developed.
CZGonzalo is right, but not at all. Level of thujone is regulated by Europien Union standard 88/388/EHS, appendix II., at maximum content of 10 mg/l, but for bitter spirits is that level at 35 mg/l, so look for "absinthe bitter" - just legal fitting.
I recommend you products of Bairnsfather - the highest quality achieved by handmade and 100% natural ingredients. You can buy it at http://absinth-shop.cz/, but meanwhile they donť provide worldwide shipping (just in the Czech Republic). I heard some talks, you can try to send an email to the provider of this eshop (english also) and arrange the order individually.
I hope I forward you all the information about.
I wish you a lot of experiences with the green fairy!
