From Faro to Seville, Bus or Train?

I will be travelling to Seville from Faro, what will be a better option train or bus?? Thanks

The train only takes you to the border town. From there its a good walk to the bordering Spainish town. A fair distance from what I read.

Bus goes straight there from Faro. Though it will probably be packed with people by that stage (depending on time of year). It might be wise to head to Lagos and jump on the bus there. Not sure though.

We got the bus from Faro to Seville last September, bought the tickets the day before, bus was by no means full, xx.

From Faro you can get a tour of Seville quite cheap, and leave the tour there after you've seen the town (don't forget to tell the guide).

#4 It depends on the time of year - I went Late June and it was packed. But if you got on at Lagos there was seats.

Regarding Cyberia's tip. The fare with EVA from Faro to Seville costs €13 - no way is that going to be more expensive than a tour.
