It was my first trip to Vietnam so I booked them on the internet from home, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the driver at Hanoi airport, waiting for me, with a sign bearing my name, even though the flight was over an hour late landing. The service was great and I ended up taking a private car to Halong Bay, which allowed me to stop at will to take some photos.
