Cuba in JulyHi everybody,
I would like to ask if it will be a good idea to visit Cuba (I'll be mostly staying in Havana and a few days in Varadero) in mid July (10-18). I know that this is not the high season, but I can't wait for the next high season...;) Is it going to be too hot and humid? Any danger of hurracanes at that time?
I would also appreciate any other informaion regarding the accommodation-especially the so called casa particular; the must see things in Havana and Trinidad, some suggestions for nice restaurants and bars in Havana, and of course some info about the beautiful Cuban chiquitas ;))
Thanks in advance! :))

Tourists go to Cuba in July every year. It will be hot and humid. Whether it is too hot depends on you. July is the second month of the Caribbean hurricane season. Historically hurricanes have arrived later.

4OP, check out http://www.cuba-junky.com/ ... it's a good place to get started on these basic questions.
Patty, aren't you being a little harsh? Cubanas are beautiful ... what's wrong with appreciating beauty? Some men are sincere ... and what single person (male or female) hasn't fantasized about a vacation romance? At least give the guy the benefit of the doubt.
Besides, it doesn't matter where you go in the world ... if you're dating, the man will ALWAYS need a well-stuffed wallet ... we always pay one way or another ... at least in Cuba dating is often refreshingly more direct, and not wrapped up in the Puritan morality we "enjoy" in North America.

5Forget about hurricanes in July, leave that for October or November. Beaches are beauuutiful in the summer, the sea is warm as a huge bathtub and the sand is full gorgeous Cubanas in micro bikinis. You will love it. If you want suggestions about where to go in Havana or need to reserve a place to stay anywhere in Cuba check Havana Room Rental . I sincerely suggest you this site, you can even make a $10 deposit though Paypal
