121 loader street -DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

In 2007 made a booking -2007 june- for a 3 room luxury apartment in cape town and
when we checked in on new year's eve, found that the apartment was not ready at all - rubbish, food and urine all over the apartment; dead plants; broken windows; and mould in the kitchen. Because of the appalling conditions of the apartment we had to find alternative accommodation for New Year's eve and New Year's day. (the only available rooms were at the Cullinen Hotel costing 2000 rand x 3)

we have photos to prove it.

please go online to www.121loaderstreet.com

AND, if you need more info, i can even provide ther exchanges with the person concerned - mercure paizee.

he even threatened to sue us!!! the south african tourist agencies are aware of him, as are the advertising watchdogs and the consumer complaints tribunals.

it took the fella 5days to meet up with us AND to add insult to injury, we ended up forfeiting our 50% deposit and a threat of a lawsuit for not paying for the rest!!!! the bloody cheek!!! South Africa's tourist promotion board and the advertsing watchdogs, as well as, the consumer complaints people are aware of this. don't fall into this same as the 6 of us fell into!!!!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! please log on to www.121loaderstreet.com for enlightenment!!!! and the agent-MERCURE PAIZEE

This is the third time you've posted this. Maybe you've made your point by now.

I think you are confusing this forum with Tripadvisor. I don't think anyone will pay much attention to your experience.

Anyway - apart from that - how was your trip? Do any diving with sharks, etc?

Scotland - hidden gems
Seat61 - everything for train travel

just want as many people to know. he was a con man! there were 6 of us and we are trying all means to get back at him the only way we know how. if he had refunded our deposit, things would be different....

the trip was great, after we managed to get proper accomodations. its not about the people or the country, we loved it and will retyrn.

the trip was great, after we managed to get proper accomodations. its not about the people or the country, we loved it and will return. we did a week on the garden route, stopping off at tsitsikamma for a few days and then greater addo elephant park for another few days and flying from port elizabeth to ct for a eventually great week of r&r, doing nothing but enjoying the city, the people, and the great food and wine!

and yes , i have posted it on tripadvisor
