Even better than the vans is the airport shuttle bus going every 45 mins or so from just around the corner from khaosan rd..turn left into in chakkrapongse street,(towards ratchadamnoen rd) and they pick you up outside the sawasdee guesthouse/hotel . You can purchase tickets or just find out what time they go and turn up. More spacious and comfy than a minivan

Well, I would generally just take a taxi! The cost is well worth the comfort and relaxation!

Taxi on the meter is about 200 baht and maybe 40 baht in tolls on the motorway. No hassleTravel. It broadens the mind and narrows the wallet.
