To answer, you need to know where you are going to have your dive. If you are in Phuket, there are many good golf course i.e. Blue Canyon, Banyan Tree, Thai Muang and etc. If you are going to be in Samui, there is only one golf course at the moment called Santi Golf Course (I hope that I am right on the name), the second golf course on Koh Samui is scheduled to open soon (or it may open by now!). However...I do not think that you will want to do diving around the Pattaya as it is not that great. If you would like to fly out, there are many places in Thailand with great golf course. In Chiang Mai, there are at least 3-4 places, Chiang Rai is the same as as well as other throughout Thailand.4
