Even saw a few hookers looking at it in asia books on sukhumwit once. Apparently you're not supposed to let it fall into the hands of the girls, because at the back it has a section on girls and money. According to some guy on Phuket forums, he said that his brass didn't like some of the phrases in it. No doubt an attempt to put the unsuspecting, naive foreigner in the picture regarding sick buffalo stories and so on :-)
