Yes, there is a large mall right before you get into Phuket town (I forget the name) They have cosmetic clinics on the 2'nd floor that do Botox.

To rezamr, my thanks indeed. For 6 months after the injections to my forehead, my headaches were greatly reduced. It was a bleassing.I haven't thought of an original one yet and I will not use one from a famous person. I consider that restricting. :))
