Jungle Trekking

Hi all,

Just a quick question about Jungle Trekking from Chiang Mai... any advice or suggestions on companies to go with, how well organised it is, the level of intensity, how basic it is in terms of sleeping etc, .... so basicaly any info on that sort of thing would be great. I will be in Thailand in one week and am there for a few months. Was planning to head straight up to Chaing Mai and go trekking before heading for the islands.

I am off to Australia after that where I will also be able to do some rainforest trekking so its a case of do I bother with doing it in Thailand.

Any advice much appreciated.
