Tours in Tainan

Lonely Planet mentions the Taoyuan Culture Tourism Assoc. in Tainan as a group that gives good, informative tours, presumably unlike the dreaded Chinese-style tours. Has anyone tried them out tours?
How about the tours by the Lugang Cultural Foundation?
