Island break for about 5 days??!

Hey All,
Im heading to Thailand by myself for a relaxing time for about 10 days in the middle of Jan 08 after a world trip. I'll spend a few days in Bangkok but also want to go to an island to get away and just relax before heading home to Aus. I was wondering what the best island is for someone who isnt into nightlife and just wants a relaxing time. Because Im travelling by myself and im only 20 I want somewhere that isnt too risky to get to or to stay at.

Thanks

Jessie

Yeah, Samet is so much easier to get to from Bangkok than other nice islands, unless you can afford to fly.
If so, I can suggest a bunch of nice places in the Andaman which can be accessed from airport towns like Phuket, Krabi and Trang.
