Tibet-Nepal- India 3 weeks

In march 2008 we'd like to travel to Tibet-Nepal and a little part of India (Delhi).
I like some information about the weather. It is pretty early in the season. How is it??
I'd like to know: is it possible to book a trip from Lhasa to Kathmandu in Lhasa, or do I have to do that before I go to Tibet. We are maybe 3 days in tibet before we want to leave for Kathmandu. How long does it takes to drive from Lhasa to Kathmandu?
In Kathmandu we fly to New Delhi.

You can book the tour in Lhasa. But if your only 1 or 2 it can be difficulty filling up a 4wd on a very short notice. You can make the tour from Lhasa to Katmandu in 2 days, but then theres no time to see all the interesting sights along the road.
