Where do i get a permit visa to tibet in Beijing

Hi guys,

I really need your help.
I am flying to Beijing next week and i am wondering where can i obtain the Tibet permit visa in Beijing without having to book a tour with a travel agency.
Anyone can help?? pleaseeeee :)

I think someone posted within the last couple of days about doing exactly that with Far East IYH so you might want to try there. Leo Hostel is another popular recommendation on this forum.
