Tibet from Nepal overland. Looking for fellow travelers

Hi,

I will be traveling to Tibet from Katmandu in the first days of November. I would like to meet someone to make the trip and the arrengements with, since alone is not possible to get the permit. I will also go to China from TYibet, overland, and on to Laos.

im looking to do the same thing but halfway through nov.
any chance you could wait a couple of weeks?
how much are the prices you have been quoted for the permit/drivers?
are you planning on catching the train from lhasa?
