express bus Macau airport to Guangzhou

I under stand there is an express bus from the Macau airport to Guangzhou.

1. does this take you across the border? I will already have a visa
2. any idea of time and cost? Can it be paid in HK dollars as well as patacas? I will be arriving on AirAsia at about 2:00 PM.

Actually, there is a bus from Macau Airport to Guangzhou, but it's a once-a-day service that leaves around noon.
