Tibet & Nepal next June/July

Hi
Would like to travel Tibet & Nepal next June/July(is that the best time).
I have found a trip with Kumuka that flies from KTM to Lhasa and back by road to KTM via Gyanste, Shegar, EBC taking 12 days. It seems fairly expensive but dont know if I fancy some of the bathrooms i've been reading about.
Has anyone done this trip of can you recommend a good value trip with reasonable accommodation.
This trip gives you a day to acclimatise in Lhasa- is that enough time? or do I need to spend a couple of days in KTM when we arrive in Nepal before flying up to Lhasa to help with that.
Also can anyone recommend whats good to see in Nepal over 2,3 or 4 days
