Booking lao air

Hi
Im flying from Vientanne to Luang Prabang then Luang Prabang to Chiang Mai. As far as i can see Lao air is the only airline that flies these routes direct. Not sure how to book Lao air. My travel agent wasnt able to. Is it easy once in Thailand to book with Lao air? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

They have a list of travel agents on their website with email addresses for each one.

i realize that. just clarifying what it is. the question is how this person looked on the website and didn't see it. that leads me to believe that an explanation would not hurt.

Unfortunately #1 through 4 are out of date, that is how we bought our last 2 tickets. World Aviation in Sydney was the ticketing agent until 10 September, the contract finished at that date and has not been renewed. Peter at World Aviation advised me of this today and offered an email address in laos for the airline, he was quite clear that another contract with a different agent has not been put in place at this time.
