guangzhou/nanning lp vietnam books

is it worth purchasing a lp vietnam book in china when they are offered in hanoi for much less??
any recommendations on good places to purchase them in guangzhou or nanning?

1.the lp was selled at the 4 floor of book store which is locate tian he district in guangzhou, MTR stop tiyuexi ,that is brown color building .the price is about 250-350rmb. you can buy the copy 50rmb at hangbe road in hanoi where is the huge choice of hostels,like kaosha road in bangkok.

2.you can change rmb to usd in guangzhou, then chang usd to dong in hanoi. exchange money in vietnam is easier than in china .most of the shop which sell gold and jade in vietnam can exchange money ,the rate is better than china banks

#2 isn't totally correct.
In China, you can only change RMB to another currency if you have an exchange memo proving that you previously changed that other currency to RMB.
