Flying from Lijiang to Kunming

Hi all, I'd like to ask about the reliability of the flights going from Lijiang to Kunming - are the flights often delayed? If yes, roughly for how long? I intend to fly from Lijiang to Kunming (12:20PM to 13:10PM) to catch my flight from Kunming back to Singapore at 4:10PM - does it sound feasible?

Also, what are the transport options for getting to Lijiang airport in time for the 12:20PM flight from the Tiger Leaping Gorge (assuming I'll be staying at one of the inns/guesthouses there)? There are 4 of us, so I'm wondering if we can get a taxi that brings us to the airport direct?

Finally, any particular guesthouse you'd recommend at the TLG?

Naxi Family Guesthouse situated 2 hours from Qiaotou was nice.
