Koh Chang - Accomodation recommendations

Hey

My partner and I are heading to Koh Chang and I am starting to look for accomodation on online and just thought anyone out there might have some recommendations on some places. Looking at all beaches at this stage, price up to a max of 3,000/3,500 THB p/p (if possible, I know January is high season). Pool would be nice, but not a must if the beach is close by. We'll be there for a week to chill on the beach. No preference on what part of the island, looking for a place that is clean, tidy etc.
I was in Koh Chang couple years ago and stayed in White Sands and Lonely Beach.

Any info would be excellent!

Cheers

I stayed here:

Bhuriyama Resort

Fantastic place, I was there in May so no one was around. Really nice pool and a great restaurant -- some of the best food I've had in Thailand, and I lived there for more than a year. Right on the beach too.

I would suggest go to the other Ko Chang maybe, if you were there 2 years ago your going to be a bit dissapointed. Its pretty but (very) built up now, lonely beach is ok but looks alot like a building site at the moment. There are better options in Thailand

Thanks for responses.
I have also been down south, we thought this time round we didn't want to spend the time travelling south. I don't mind Koh Chang.
