Vietnam visa in Hong Kong, WHERE? (on the same day)

In Hong Kong, where can I get a visa for Vietnam, ON THE SAME DAY ....(not 2-3 days as usual) .. and HOW MUCH would it cost??
).. visas for china can be obtained quickluy through different "agencies"...)

Gee, what about the Vietnam consulate?
Get there first thing in the morning with your money and your photo and you'll have it back that afternoon. You'll pay a bit more.

What's the confusion? Especially because you are in Hong Kong it's so easy to find the consulate and apply. Forms are in English and prices should be listed on the wall.
