Thanks Stepenwolf, I did find one. For anyone else who's interested, it's in one of the Suning (or Sunning) buildings at the intersection where Nanning Department Store, and the park are on the other three corners. On the ground level they sell mobile phones. Downstairs you'll find lots of computers. Most people don't speak English. At the food counter there is a girl named Yi, who speaks a little English, and was very helpful.There is only one truth; that is that there is no truth. And sometimes even that is not true.
