Have a look here. But very few local productions will come out with English soundtracks. (If they do, they might appear on Amazon.com.) There are a few more with English subtitles, although those are often laughable. The local market is dominated by VCDs and you might find more choice there. Look at that category on the online store link I've given you. I've found them to be reliable and inexpensive.

Pretty much every shopping mall has them and people speaking English to help you.
