Sounds like nerd speak to me, like someone who spends too much time playing on-line games or something similar

lol = laugh out loud
bot = robot, some games have bot players when there aren't enough real nerds around to play with you or bots in chat clients that respond to requests
0wnedd = I can only assume it's supposed to be 0wned which is nerd type for "owned"
n00b = Is nerd speak for someone who is crap at whatever they're doing, normally crap at playing that particular game... again written normally as noob, also as newbie eg "that guy is a noob"

Arachinidia (referenced on the page) appears to be a username for someone who uses some on-line chat application called IMVU as their Avatar matches the photo uploaded to the web site.

Could be! ; ) but more likely a hack on his site because there's an upload page which I found by accident (by typing upload.aspx into gallery URL, when you access the upload page it presents a login page. Maybe this Arachinidia person (or someone pretending to be them) hacked in through this page - possibly using a bot to do the hard work for them. Which would make sense of the kind words left with the image. Lucky for Johnny if they did, could have been a lot more embarrassing!
