Don't think so. You'll have to go to Hong Kong and get a double-entry there (one entry to get back into China from Hong Kong, one entry to get back into China from Nepal). And it'll cost you.4
You should read about going from Nepal to Tibet and then into China. As I understand it, your Chinese visa will be cancelled when you enter Nepal and the only new Chinese visa you can obtain will be a group tourist visa which is difficult to impossible to change for solo use.
