Phi Phi cabana resort

my family and I are traveling to thailand for the 3rd time next month. we stayed at the phi phi cabana resort before the tsunami in the summer of 2004. We booked a room at the resort this time around, but have not been able to find ANY info post tsunami in the way of reviews. This seems odd to me, we booked the hotel on sawadee.com and know its reputable. has anyone seen, or stayed at the hotel recently? is it still nice? open even?? any info appreciated.

Mike, sawadee.com usually gives reviews from recent users. Are there any?
You might also check other booking websites. Phiphi.com lists Cabana and talks abt compulsory New Year's Dinner 07 etc. Asiarooms, Planetholiday etc may be worth checking too.
