The easiest and cheapest way is a shuttle bus between the two airports, takes 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
A more interesting and fastest way is to take the Transrapid (Magnetic Elevation Train), then continue with the subway until Jingansi, and take the shuttle bus for the last miles. Around 50RMB = 5 Euro.

I LOVE China

OP for your connection please take airport shuttle no.1 (30 RMB). Don't bother with the Maglev+metro+airport shuttle as I presume you'll be having lots of luggage and not enough time nor energy to muck around like that. Taxi is expensive and I doubt it would be much faster than the airport shuttle anyway.
That hotel is eons away from what I would consider downtown Shanghai. Why did you pick that hotel?! Are you able to change it?
For sightseeing, Shanghai is a very well-touristed destination and you could easily find that information online or in any guidebook. If you want more specific recommendations I would advise you to tell us more about your sightseeing interests and preferences.

You would have more luck posting it in a new thread rather than piggy-backing on this old and pretty irrelevant one.
Old House Inn, Donghu Hotel and Ruijin Guesthouse would be some of my recommendations. You might also want to check if the Hengshan Moller Villa would be open by then.
Cheers!

Personally in that case I would suggest being close to where the direct airport shuttle bus is, at Jing'an Temple. The one I usually recommend would be Paramount Hotel, but it doesn't fit your requirements of "honeymoon hotel", though it's a pretty good hotel otherwise.

Is the paramount also near the bars and club areas?. Its only for 1 night so aslong as its clean and safe Im not fussed.

The plan is to spend the day sightseeing and then go party in the evening before catching the flight home the next day.

It's walking distance to Tongren Lu which's one of the nightlife streets. And it's right next to Jing'an Temple metro stop which's excellent for getting around.
PM me if you want help making a reservation there.
Cheers!
