haha!! no im sure she can party it up with the rest of us but to be honest im not sure i want her to be there while were sampling the delights of mushroom mountain!! think she just wants to relax for the 2wks. i know she'll love phi phi but haad rin would just be too much!!!!

I'd say that almost any other beach on the island would be fine for your mom. Unless she doesn't like going by boat, in which case skip Hat Yuan, Hat Thien, those kind of places where people go by longtail.

She probably would prefer to quietly smoke a spliff and contemplate the moon in in peace in a hammock away from the racket and puking on Had Rin. West coast is good.
