Xining, Yushu, Gartze.Lanzhou

I plan to make the Route from Xining to Yushu, then to Gartze and to Lanzhou, can anyone give me info of the route from Gartze to lanzhou?
I will be arriving in Xinning the 2 of june by train from Hohote, (comming from Mongolia)
I have about 3 weeks
If anyone do the same route or can give me info, that will be more than welcome.

My road map indicates main road Garze, Luhuo, Barkam, Hongyuan, Zoige.. then it's a breeze, Langmusi, Xiahe, Lanzou.
