1If you are looking for shoes or sandals in singapore, it is good to pop by Queensway located at the western part of singapore.
They sell shoes/sandals like teva, nike, new balance and etc about 30%-40% off the outside market price. There are over 30 shoe shops there which you can probably compare prices.
Take the MRT to Queenstown and take the bus heading towards ikea. Stop at the bus stop at ikea and walk straight ahead. It is about 5 mins walk away from Ikea Queenstown. Ask people around if you are not sure of the way and I am sure many will be able to help you.
Have a good time!

2I am a keen sandal/shoe fan too so I priced them while in Singapore in the last month.
Tony's price is good. I never saw the fibre newports for less than about $120S (admittedly in Orchard Rd & Bugis) but that is still cheaper than we can get them here in Australia. I wish I had posted your question before I left!
I did snaffle a cool pair of red, wader slippers at the outdoor shop in Terminal 1 at Changi on the way out on 10/5. I had not ever seen this model in Australia and I grabbed them at $60 - there was a bit of a sale on but I had many of the models on offer already and as we know, they last for ages.
