Shanghai backpackers - 3 nights

Does anyone have a favourite backpackers to stay in Shanghai ? I'm looking for a place with backpackers , centrally located and low budget.

Captain's would be the last place I would recommend to anyone I consider a friend.
Hiker IYH and Etour IYH would be my top picks. Centrally located, reasonably priced and backpackerish.
