Flying from Lhasa to Kashi/Kashgar or Urumqi

Hi all,
we intend to travel from Tibet to Pakistan in July and want to fly from Lhasa to Kashgar(or Urumqi). Does anyone know if there are flights going from Lhasa to Kashgar, where can we book and how much(aprox.) does a one-way flight cost?

have a nice day,
adina

Or fly to Nepal (Airchina Lhasa to Kathmandu) and truck around for a bit, then on to Paki.
