staying in UB and buying train ticket out of UB

I have sent a mail to Khongor guesthouse on if they have accommodation available and if they can purchase my train ticket from UB to Beijing. They have not responded to my mail - how reliable are they? Maybe they check their email once in a few days? Anyone has had any experience with them?
Also how advance do the tickets go on sale?
Thanks!

Agencies can reserve tickets far in advance. I believe that tickets actually go on sale perhaps 5-10 days in advance.

While it isn't the cheapest place to contact, I believe that Legend tour is reliable. limited Mongolian Train schedule

First check: Everbrite's travel pages, the New RU sticky, and New RU train sticky

Since I have taken the time to answer your question, it would be nice if you took the time to respond as to whether the information was helpful.
