Nepal to Tibet to China, is it possible?

Hi,

I'll be in a few days in Vietnam and the 18th of may back to Bangkok, from there I'd like to go first to Nepal at the end of may and stay there until middle of june, first someone could tell me how will be the weather in this period?
From Nepal I'd like to go to Tibet overland and then to China; is it possible should apply for the Tibet and China visas in Bangkok or in katmandu?
