Travel partner for Tibet

Hi,

We are a group of 3 people (a girl and 2 boys) who will be travelling in Tibet in May. We are hoping to travel from Lhasa to Everest Base Camp, Mount Kailash, Guge Kingdom and onto Kashgar in Xinjiang. We are looking for one more person to come with us and share the land cruiser. We are going to be in Lhasa as of the first week of May for around a week and then take roughly 3 weeks to complete the journey. Are you interested?

I would recommend posting this information on the message boards at the more popular gueshtouses in Lhasa. You should be able to find someone to go with you.

Yes, the FIT office at Banak Shol has notices up for trip sharing.

HI!
I'm flying out to Beijing next week, arriving friday morning (27th april). i'm hoping to be able to get the train as early as possible straight over to Lhasa. I am planning to spend 3 weeks in tibet before meeting my sister in kathmandu on about the 22nd may... would this fit in with your trip?

#3...You are hoping to take the train as quickly as possible on Friday the 28th to Lhasa??? So are a million other people. Good luck trying to get a ticket at that time. That is the start of one of the busiest holiday times in China with massive people working their way to Lhasa.
