Chinese names of Tibetan places

Hello

I am trying to figure out the exact location of a few towns and villages in Eastern Tibet, along the Yunnan-Tibet highway. I have their Tibetan names, but unfortunately, the only good maps of the region that I was able to find are in Chinese. If anyone knows the Chinese names of those towns it would really help me out! The places are:

Tramog
Kanam
Bakha (all in Po-me)
Pelung
Zachu (along the Parlung Tsangpo)

Thank you
Ari

I know eastern Tibet very well, but the only place I know the Chinese name for is Tramog (Bomi in Chinese). Tibetan spellings vary so it is quite possilbe I know the places you have listed, but they are spelled differently on other maps. Either that or these are all very small villages (not even towns) and only local people know about them.

Thank you Losang. Kanam is the next town up the road from Tramog towards Bayi, and Bakha is short distance south of the highway from Kanam. Also, how do you say the Parlung Tsangpo river in Chinese?
