How long: Chinese visa procedure in Vietnam?

Hi,

I'm leaving in April for 4-5 months of travelling through Asia. I will need a Chinese visa, which is only valid for three months after the visa was issued. My problem is that I will reach the Chinese border more than three months after I left home. I guess the only possibility for me is to arrange the visa in Vietnam. Does someone know how long this will take and where to arrange it in Vietnam the fastest way?

Thank you in advance!

Marc

You can get one in Hanoi and if you do a search either here or SEA Mainland Branch, you'll get the details.
