mongolian visa (korea)

i will be travelling in korea shortly before returning to china and heading to mongolia.
does anybody know anything about getting a mongolian visa in seoul? or beijing.
i have heard reports about the embassy in beijing being difficult and the web site for the embassy in korea is a fairly blank page.
any info would be appreciated.

If you're American you don't need a visa.

I haven't heard of any problems getting a Mongolian visa in Beijing except that the embassy isn't open daily and that it takes several days.
