Yes, I've stayed there and found them very helpful and the hotel is pleasant. They are located in a Hutong (alley) in the old section and it appeared very safe to me when I stayed. The staff can speak English and they are helpful. Walk around in that section and you'll find some very nice places, good western style and Chinese style foods. They are not the least expensive place, but negotiate and you can get a lower price.john
