hi there, can't join you this time, but i was just wondering (for future reference) what this price includes (accomodation?) and how long of a trip it is.

Hi, the price includes Landcruiser, driver, guide and Tibet permit, you have to pay for food and accomodation yourself, but that 'll be pretty cheap. Normally it's a 7 day trip, but if it takes longer due to weather conditions or landslides or car problems or whatever, they pay for the extra days.

I'm a solo traveller very interested in doing the trip overland Zhongdian to Lhasa. Only thing is I wouldn't want to travel until early March. Would this be too late for you?
