Weather in Tibet in Summer

Hi what is Tibet like in the summer months, from june - august. I hope to visit, is it very rainy? Is it a good time to visit?

Tibet is HUGE...which area do you want to know about? The weather in Nagchu (elevation 4500m) is going to be drastically different than say Zhangmu (elevation 2300m and 1000km south of Nagchu).
