Travel companion(s) for Burma & India Sept/Oct 2013Hi, I'm Cat, 32 years Old from the UK. I've been travelling (and partly living) in Asia for just over a year now.
I'm currently back in Thailand and looking to visit Burma in a couple of weeks time. Possibly via the Thai/burma land crossing for maybe a couple of weeks. I am also planning a longer trip to India straight from Burma for a month or so. I don't have exact dates as yet..
If you are planning a similar trip, please drop me a line. Thanks :)

1Hi, I'm Kelly I'm 22 from Preston in Lancashire. I arrive in Delhi on 17th October and am really needing someone to travel with, particularly the north. I'm doing Delhi, Agra (Taj Mahal) and Jaipur, then flying down to Goa in the south (Palolem beach) before going to Mumbai. I leave Mumbai on 5th November so have about 3 weeks all in all. I don't know what date you'll be arriving in India but if you need a companion I am very laid-back and easy-going but still organised and want to see and discover as much as possible while there! Can't wait to ride an elephant and use my fingers to eat a spicy curry! Let me know if you're interested my e-mail is email@example.com

I would be traveling through South East Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and may be Laos/Myanmar) in October for 3 weeks.
Although my trip is very short in comparison to yours, but I can join you on part of the trip if our plans match, specially for Burma. I am flying in to kuala lampur on 4th oct and leaving on 20th October. If interested drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

5Hi, I've decided to postpone Burma as I don't want to rush it! I'll be in Delhi though on 18th oct. I plan at the moment to concentrate on the north and do a few parts well rather than spreading too thin :) at the moment I'm thinking about the Golden Triangle, west Rajasthan (for camel trekking/camping) ; varanasi in time for the light festival I hope and maybe further north to see the Himalayas although I'm not a huge trekker! I'll be in India about 4 or up to 5 wks in all.

7@ Cat - I did the golden triangle tour last year (delhi-agra-jaipur) and I thought Jaipur was amazing. What part of Rajastan are you planning to go to?
@ Kelly - In Jaipur there's a place called Amber Fort. It's one of the most beautiful sights in Jaipur, with loads of Elephants. I'd also recommend the Monkey temple if you want to see pigs, monkeys and cows living in harmony.
