18And just had the leftovers. with a little fish (swai) curry, dhal, rice, and pol sambol. Definitely a recipe worth trying. Although it was a little scary how the coconut milk had made it solidify in the fridge.
Which reminds me: Sri Lankans seem to write (and I suppose pronounce) the word sambol, although everywhere else it seems to be sambal.
